BEHAVIOUR CONSULTING

These sessions are great if you have a difficult dog that needs more focused training sessions or has issues with anxiety, fear or aggression.  Great for problems that are specific to the home environment or when out on walks etc.  

 

We can help you train your dog for whatever you would like him to do in these sessions and provide information about learning in dogs and how to get good behaviour at home and in public.

We can assist in reducing and/or modifying fearful behaviours, phobias, anxiety and other behavioural problems.  In-home sessions can also be booked for assisting with inappropriate elimination, digging, not jumping up on visitors and other training issues in and around the home. 

 

If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs these sessions may also appropriate, however you may need to come to my premises in order to work through those issues with the assistance of our dogs on a regular basis.

Cost is $225 for an initial consultation (includes 10km of travel but fee of $2/km (one way) applies thereafter. ie if you live 12km away from me you will get the first 10km free and then pay $4 for travel - as per shortest route via google maps).  

 

We will discuss your requirements, provide you with information on training and behaviour modification and assess your dog's needs.  This session is usually conducted in the owner's home and lasts for approximately two hours but can vary depending on your dog's need.
